 PREAMBLE:                  We the kinkiba youth development association having realized the need for a     viable association firmly resolve to provide for ourselves a constitution for the purpose of promoting the welfare of all members of the association, do hereby make, enact and give to ourselves the following constitution GENERAL PROVITION: SECTION 1: SUPREMACY OF THE CONSTITUTION: This constitution is supreme and its provision shall have binding force on all members If any others act is inconsistent with the provision of this constitution, this constitution shall prevail and that other act shall to the extent of its inconsistency be void.
